Shipping Cost & Postage Times

Postage costs and shipping times are calculated on checkout. These are based on location and weight of the items.

Tracking Orders

TRACKING NUMBERS & CARRIER WEBSITES WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

Payments

AutoChimp is based in Australia our prices are in AUD inc GST / VAT.

International vistors will be promoted to change the currency / location based on their IP address and prices will display in your local currency selected.

Currency can be changed manually at the bottom of our website.

Refunds & Returns

AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL

  • Orders may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for refund, store credit or exchange.
  • Items must be returned brand new, used items cannot be returned.
  • Returns will be processed within 7 days.

  • Wrong Item Received / Missing Items email us immediately.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
  • The following items do not qualify for returns: items marked as final sale.
