Shipping Policy

AutoChimp is based in Melbourne, Australia. We focus primarily on shipping within Australia. Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. Processing may take longer during busy periods, for special orders or where a product page states a different lead time.

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Australia Post — AUD $10: estimated delivery 2–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Australia Post — AUD $20: estimated delivery 1–4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.

International shipping

We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, the United States, France and South Africa using FedEx International Priority. The following estimated flat rates apply:

  • New Zealand — AUD $45
  • United States — AUD $80
  • France — AUD $120
  • South Africa — AUD $120

These are estimated flat rates for normal retail orders. Commercial, distributor, unusually large or bulk orders may require a separate freight quote. The shipping charge displayed at checkout applies.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if carrier, customs, product or destination restrictions prevent shipment.

Tracking, addresses and delays

  • A tracking number is emailed after the carrier accepts the parcel.
  • Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if it needs correction.
  • If tracking shows an unexpected delay or delivery issue, email us with your order number.
