Mount your AutoChimp Pro Series camera above the front number plate using the matching Suzuki Jimny or Jimny XL original bumper mounting arrangement. This kit supplies the dedicated camera housing and body tape.

Compatibility

For Suzuki Jimny / Jimny XL in the 2018–2026 range with the matching original front bumper and number-plate mounting points. Confirm the bumper and mounting points match the installation examples. Aftermarket bumpers, bull bars and relocated plates require a separate fitment check.

Designed for the AutoChimp Pro Series camera. Mount fitment depends on the bumper and mounting points; the stereo does not determine whether the housing fits.

How It Works

The Pro Series camera fits into the housing from the rear. Set its viewing angle and secure it using the camera’s own fixing screws. Locate the housing at the matching bumper mounting points, then refit the number plate using the vehicle’s original screws.

Use the camera’s own fixing screws; no extra camera screws are supplied with this mounting kit. The camera, camera cable and screen-integration equipment are sold separately.

Installation Overview

1. Remove the front number plate and retain its original screws.
2. Check that the bumper and mounting points match the installation example.
3. Set the Pro Series camera’s angle, fit it into the rear of the housing and secure it with the camera’s own fixing screws.
4. Locate the housing and refit the number plate with the original screws.
5. Route and protect the camera lead, connect through the correct camera kit, then test the front-facing image before completing installation.

Use the Pro Series camera setup instructions for front-facing image orientation. Camera connection to a factory screen requires the matching interface or kit; an aftermarket RCA-input screen uses the appropriate RCA camera connection.
