The AutoChimp™ Front Camera Kit adds a 170° Pro Series front-camera view to the factory touchscreen while retaining the existing reverse camera. The supplied Suzuki mount positions the camera above the front number plate, and the FRONT / REAR switch provides selectable viewing.

Before ordering: A working reverse camera must already display on the supported touchscreen. This can be the factory camera, an existing aftermarket camera or an AutoChimp reverse camera installed first. If no reverse camera is installed, fit a compatible reverse camera kit first.

How It Works

The supplied Suzuki harness connects inline behind the factory touchscreen. The QuadCam module retains the existing reverse-camera video path and adds the Pro Series front camera through its RCA connection. The FRONT / REAR switch and adapter let you select the front or rear view; the vehicle reverse trigger retains reverse-camera operation.

• Match the 24-pin / 12-pin / 5-pin stereo connector family.
• A working reverse camera must already display on the supported touchscreen. This can be the factory camera, an existing aftermarket camera or an AutoChimp reverse camera installed first.
• The included Suzuki mount positions an AutoChimp Pro Series camera above the front number plate.
• Check aftermarket bars or altered front mounting points before ordering.

• 1x yellow Pro camera RCA adapter (AC-PRO-CAM-RCA-YELLOW).
• 1x Suzuki front camera mount (AC-MOUNT-SUZUKI-FRONTCAM), with body tape. Secure the camera using the camera’s own screws; no separate housing screws are supplied.
• 1x 32mm Suzuki dual-button FRONT / REAR switch (AC-SW-SUZUKI-FRONT-REAR).
• 1x FRONT / REAR switch adapter (AC-SWITCH-FR-ADAPTER).
• Cable ties, split conduit, waterproof tape, double-sided mounting tape and wiring bag.
• Wire loom tool and Pro Series camera setup card.

Quick Start

1. Verify the stereo connector set and check that the existing reverse camera displays correctly.
2. Fit the Pro Series camera into the supplied Suzuki mount and position the housing above the number plate using the original vehicle mounting hardware.
3. Route and secure the front-camera wiring into the cabin, clear of heat and moving parts.
4. Install the Suzuki harness, breakout and QuadCam module behind the stereo; connect the front-camera RCA adapter and module camera supply.
5. Install the FRONT / REAR switch and matching adapter using the supplied switch extension.
6. Set the front camera to the required non-mirrored image orientation using the camera setup card; test front selection and reverse operation before final assembly.
