Add a discreet front camera to your Suzuki Jimny or Jimny XL using a compatible aftermarket stereo. The dedicated number-plate housing replaces the universal camera bracket, with a Pro Series camera, 7m power/video cable and RCA adapter for the stereo connection.

Compatibility

For Suzuki Jimny and Jimny XL 2018–2026 with the original front bumper, number-plate recess and matching locating holes. Check the bumper and plate mounting points. Aftermarket bumpers and bullbars require a different mounting solution.

Check Your Stereo

• Aftermarket stereo with an available RCA camera input.
• CVBS camera-video support.
• A camera-view or front-camera function that can display the input when needed.

An RCA socket alone does not provide a way to select the picture. If the existing reverse camera already uses the stereo’s only camera input, add a suitable camera-switching interface. This kit does not include QuadCam or a Suzuki factory-screen interface.

What’s Included

• 1× Pro Series camera with attached 1m lead and setup loop wires.
• 1× dedicated Jimny front-camera housing, with body tape, replacing the universal AC-PRO-MOUNTING bracket.
• 1× 7m power/video cable supplied with the camera assembly.
• 1× yellow RCA video/power adapter.
• Split conduit, cable ties, waterproof sealing tape, wire-loom tool and Pro setup information card.

How It Fits

Fit the camera into the housing and secure it with the camera’s own screws. Apply the included body tape to the prepared mounting surface, locate the housing above the number plate, then refit the plate using the original mounting screws. The housing itself is not supplied with separate mounting screws.

Camera Setup

Configure the camera for a front view before completing the installation. White loop wires control mirror/non-mirror orientation, blue controls vertical flip and green controls the camera-generated guidelines. Use the setup information for the current camera revision; check the picture before securing the cable.

Connection

Run the camera cable from the bumper to the stereo, keeping it clear of heat and moving parts. Connect the RCA adapter to the camera cable and the yellow RCA to the compatible camera input. Connect camera power and earth to a suitable supply within the Pro camera’s 6–12V operating range. Select the camera input and check the picture before refitting.
