Setup Procedure
- Install the compatible AutoChimp™ harness and module.
- Turn the ignition key to ACCESSORY.
- Verify the status LED illuminates red.
- Start the vehicle and verify the status LED illuminates green.
- Allow the vehicle to reach normal operating temperature.
- Press and hold the programming button while pressing the brake pedal.
- Release the button when the status LED begins flashing rapidly.
Vehicle learning is now complete.
Operation
Remote Start Sequence:
LOCK → UNLOCK → LOCK
The vehicle will begin the remote start sequence.
REM Expansion Port
The REM port allows connection of compatible AutoChimp™ accessories including the AutoChimp™ RF Bridge for additional remote-control functionality.
