The AutoChimp™ 12-Pin Reverse Camera Interface Harness provides a clean, plug-and-play way to feed a reverse camera into the factory touchscreen of the Toyota LandCruiser 70 Series facelift models, 2024 onwards.

This updated version features complete 12-pin pass-through wiring, ensuring every factory circuit is retained — including CAN, speed, illumination, data and audio lines — while breaking out only the wires required to feed video to the camera input.

A male and female 4-pin plug pair is fitted inline. Join them together to return the harness to a straight factory pass-through, or separate them to connect an AutoChimp™ Pro Series or Heavy Duty Series camera. The camera lead is labelled CAM INPUT so there is no guesswork during install.

No cutting, splicing or modification is required. The harness T-pieces inline at the driver's kick panel and is fully reversible at any time.

Which Harness Do I Need?

Whether your 70 Series has factory camera wiring in the driver's kick panel depends on how the vehicle was built, not on the trim level. Check the kick panel before ordering.

• Wiring present in the kick panel — use this harness, AC-TOY-12PIN, installed at the driver's kick panel.

• No wiring in the kick panel — use the AutoChimp™ AC-TOY-28PIN instead, installed behind the stereo.

Use one harness or the other — never both. Full vehicle kits are supplied with both harnesses so the correct one is always on hand.

Installation Notes

• Remove the driver's kick panel cover.

• Unplug the factory 12-pin connector and insert the AC-TOY-12PIN inline.

• Plug the camera into the labelled CAM INPUT 4-pin connector.

• To return the vehicle to standard, simply rejoin the 4-pin plug pair.
