The AutoChimp™ Heavy Duty Camera Adapter Cable connects a 4-pin aviation camera to the 4-pin Pro Series connector used on AutoChimp™ Pro Series camera cables, interface harnesses and QuadCam modules.
It lets a rugged, IR and ICR-equipped aviation camera run into a Pro Series or Toyota-style dashboard system with no cutting, splicing or coding. Built for off-road, commercial and caravan installations where the camera and the harness use different connectors.

How It Works
- The aviation end plugs into an AutoChimp™ Heavy Duty Series camera, or any other camera fitted with a standard 4-pin aviation connector.
- The Pro Series end plugs into an AutoChimp™ Pro Series camera cable, vehicle-specific interface harness, or QuadCam camera input.
- Both connectors carry the same four circuits — power, ground, video signal and video shield — so the adapter passes camera power and video straight through with no conversion.
- Where the display needs an RCA input instead, the separate AutoChimp™ Heavy Duty Camera RCA Adapter (AC-HEAVY-CAM-RCA) is the correct part.
